Hi,Currently, MSN Dial-Up/Premium Software has the same capability to organize your emails, favorites, contacts and such.The only difference between the two is that MSN Premium does not connect users to dial-up because the software will depend on another internet connection.MSN Does not offer high-speed or broadband connection. You may get in touch with your local telephone company to check if there are high-speed providers on your area.
