I receive no errors messages   I replaced the connecting cable between the DSL modum box ethernet port and the ethernet port on the back of my hard drive. I changed to another  ethernet port on the back of the DSL modum box. I cleaned the port with an alcohol swab on the back of my hard drive. None of these helped the problem.. HP does a periodic scan of my Pavilion drives and hardware, which requires several minutes. No problems with ports are ever found.  Hence I wondering if my Vista 64 bit software has developed some problem?

Hi,From what you experienced on your internet connection, it seems that this is related with your high-speed connection and MSN does not provide with this type of connection. Please contact your Internet Service Provider regarding this.Paolo M.
