stitchlelo2cats,Please answer the following to determine the cause of this problem.A. When did the issue started?B. Is the Windows Firewall turned on? To determine whether if its on or off follow the steps below.
Open Windows Firewall by clicking theStart button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, typefirewall, and then click Windows Firewall.
In the left pane, click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Turn Windows Firewall on or off link inWindows Firewall Click Turn on Windows Firewall under each network location that you want to help protect, and then clickOK.
