Hi,It seems like there is a content or files on the Temporary internet files folder that triggers when msn tries to read it and we need to remove it.To do so we need to Reset your browsing settings. here's what you do.1. Click Start and type inetcpl.cpl on either the start search box or open the run option and press enter2. In Internet Properties, go to Advanced tab3. Click Reset and check delete personal settings and click on reset again.Hope this helpsPaolo M.
