I cannot sign into my msn e-mail

when i try to enter my password to get into my e-mails i get a box stating that i have no dial-up locations found, click NEW to create a new location i don;t want to do this because i do not have dial up.  I am confused and do not want to open p the NEW tab and then create another problem!

Hello lisamarie,Things to do:

1. Check the connection settings:

a. Open the MSN Client Sign-in screen and then click Connection Settings.

c. On the Dial-Up locations tab, locate the High Speed Connection section in the bottom of the dialog box.

d. As you are using DSL then make sure that the Connect using my LAN or DSL connection check box is selected.

2. Remove Connection center:

Win Xp

a. Click start and then click Run.

b. In the Run command windows type : C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNIA

c. Right click on CC folder and then click Delete

d. When you are prompted to confirm click Yes.

Win vista\Win7

a. Click Start and then type C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNIA in the start search or Search program file window and click Enter on keyboard

b. Right click on CC folder and then click Delete

c. When you are prompted to confirm click Yes.

3. Restart the computer and then try Signing and this issue should be Resolved. Thanks Shawns
