When I did a google search I found several other complaints about MSN $59.95 software having defects which include a serious problem with the MSN page just becomming blank with the word "Loading . . . . ."in the upper left corner of page, when the "Orgainize Favorites" box is left hand clicked. I used to have Verizon with MSN telephone hookup which worked to organize favorites but speed was too slow, so when we moved we got much fasted Comcast DSL but purchased the MSN solfware to save her homepage and emails and only when we used the new MSN software did problems arise including this problem of our not being able to delete or otherwise organize favorites on her computer and on my computer.  Don't get me wrong we like MSN as it functioned before but would like a solution to your $59.95 software package not permitting us to delete old Favorites or organize new Favorites. Please be kind enough to send me a solution to this problem at {removed email address} or {removed email address} or if you would like to take remote control of my HP Pavillion computer call me at 857-756- 4583 anytime, and since this appears to be a common problem for others please post your working solution here with my question if you want to. Hi,Based from what is happening to MSN's Favorites part, there might have been some corruption on the settings or any of its file component that's why it is showing "Loading" when you click on Organize Favorites.
