Hi Marsha,There is a chance that the shortcut got corrupted or the Dial-up Network was deleted accidentally. To verify if the DUN shortcut is still available:Click StartGo to the Control PanelClick Network and Internet ConnectionsClick Network ConnectionsIn the next window, you should see the available dialer in your computer. If you still see MSN1, try to open it. If it opens, that means that the shortcut on the desktop is corrupted and you just have to replace it. If it doesn't work, we need to create a new DUN. May we have Telephone number that you connect to the internet with? We will use it as reference for providing you a Local Access Number if ever we need to create a DUN.
