i had an issue about three months ago with someone hijacking one of my premier sub accounts. this account has been domant for 6years, i just never deleted it. some how some one has taken over the account and is using it for spam. i contacted MSN for guidance and the just pushed me from department to department with no reslove to my delimia. i change the password and deleted the account. this morning my son's ipad was setting on the counter and instant messenger pops up with a message from my daughter (listing her name), who at the time was at volleyball practice. i thought she needed something and was trying to get in touch with her smart phone. to my horror, when i responded, it was a **** chat room, using her name (she happens to be 14 years old). As i said the account was deleted and my daughter doesn't remember the password. my first question to them was "do you know this is a stole account of a minor" they told me they got the name from the MSN directory. when i told them i was the father of the person they were using as a front. they cussed me out, then told me they were Jenny. when i asked them to stop using my daughter's name for their **** chating they sent me six other link to **** chat on and stop the chat. as a long time premier customer, how can't we stop this? how can i shut down the account after i deleted it and they have control? this is very disturbing as a Father, i am rather helpless here. please don't pass me to another department and sweep me under the rug. i like MSN Premier but i will change providers if i get the same shuffle as the last time.Mike
