I have tried to pay for the next years subscription ,but I do not have a code # to login . The Phone # I put in is the line the computer is hooked up to and nothing else . I want to pay my bill. Please Help

Hi,In order to get the code to be able to login to the billing website, the phone number you had provided should have a text messaging service. Another way of getting the code is by sending it through the alternate email.
