Since you have purchased an MSN Premium subscription already, you should not see that pop-up anymore. The current MSN software that you have might still be associated with Verizon.Follow the steps below to fix the issue using the pop-up in the sign-in screen:1. Once you see the pop-up, click Continue Verizon Broadband with MSN Premium2. You will see your primary e-mail address, just put in your password then click next3. Since you've already purchased a subscription, you will get an error 2384. Once you re-open MSN, the pop-up should no longer be presentTo remove the Bing Window upon signing-in, make sure that you have the checkbox for "Quick Web Access" Unchecked.Hope this helps.Thanks,Paolo M.
