Need more information:

Are you trying to create or add new account?

Please follow the steps below:

1) If you trying to create new account, then Click on Help and Settings-- Accounts and Billing -- Add member account -- Select Create an MSN.com e-mail address for the new member-- Click continue-- Fill in the details-- Accept the Agreement-- Click Done.

2) If you are tryin to add new account -- Click on Help and Settings-- Accounts and Billing -- Add member account -- Type an existing MSN or Hotmail e-mail address--Fill in the details--Click on continue-- Accept the Agreement-- Click Done.
