For the last 2 days, I've been bounced all over by MSN support folks and websites.  All I am asking is how can I backup up what I have on MSN.COM.  Is this so hard to understand???  Can anyone help?????  Thanks!!!!!

Hi John,The question that you have posted seems to be a bit confusing and I'll explain why.First, msn.com is a website from MSN. It doesn't have any favorites stored in it but it has articles and contents that are subject to change.Are you talking about the favorites on the MSN Butterfly then? The favorites are stored on the servers which doesn't need to be backed-up. When you install MSN on another computer, the favorites would be loaded there once you sign-in to your account.Let us know if this is helpful.Thanks,Paolo M.
