I want to cancel my fee-based MSN email account, which I've had for several years. I want to keep my email address and switch over to a non-fee-based Hotmail account. How can I accomplish this WITHOUT calling MSN through a phone number? I am unable to call using my cell phone service from Albania. I am a Peace Corps volunteer living in Albania and can no longer afford the expensive MSN email account. Can you cancel my MSN account and switch me over to Hotmail? Thanks for your help with this.
