Renewed subscription on 5/9/2012 but still receive notices that my subscription is about to expire. What should I do?

I even got an email stating that my subscription has been renewed, but I still keep getting notices that my subscription needs to be renewed.  Because of these repeated useless notices I renewed my subscription a second time.  Hopefully this does not mean that I'm paying double for my subscription renewal.  MSN should change their procedure so that once a person renews their subscription they don't receive any more notices to renew.  The current procedure causes obviously causes confusion and is not especially professional.
