I renewed my subscription over a week ago, got the confirmation and am still receiving a disconnect noticeEver since I renewed my subscription my computer has malfunctioned:When I click on the icon to be connected my color resolution goes to 6 bit.I have to reset it to 32 bit each time I connect.Some times when I click on an article that I want to see it just disconnects me totally.

Hi,The billing renewal has nothing to do with the current issue that you are experiencing. It seems your account will renew automatically on 7/7/2012.
