I have 2 machines - both lost ALL favorites.  Tried the MSN provided fix.  On first machine (XP) I get an error message that the file could not be loaded.  On the second machine (Win7) I am told Premium is not supported on that computer.  I have Premium on BOTH machines.  I have tried to repopulate the favorites.  While I can add urls to my Links I can NOT organize the favorites.  When I try to organize the Loading message appears and remains.  When I try to get to the help function (email support) I am directed to by MSN it isn't there.  When I try to report my disatisfaction with the support center by clicking the linl thatg asks for my opinion (upper right corner - in green) I find that this webpage is no longer available.Needless to say I am most unhappy and have lost a great deal of info due to a MSN server issue.Any help?
