When I open MSN my sign in page comes up and then an error box appears stating “The procedure entry point HrIsIpStateCheckingEnabled could not be located in the dynamic link library netshell.dll.” I click on okay, the box goes away, and I sign in as normal.  How do I keep the error box from appearing ?  It is annoying. Thannks.

Hi,I tried to check the file that is being described in the error message that it is giving you. It appears that the said Dll file is a windows component or a windows dll file that is necessary for some of your applications to work properly.What i suggest to do would be to contact the Windows Department.I provided the number belowThanks!Paolo M.
