need to renew my MSN before it expires tomorrow.  have spent 12 hrs trying to do online but having trouble accessing account to do online(keeps defaulting to old non-existent security email)-have tried to delete that but it will only send a confirmation code to that email.  Please help me renew first and then find out how to confirm deletion of old security email and also new password.

However, if there's old alternate email or phone number added where you don't have access to, you can mark them for removal and the system will take 30 days to 6 months to permanently remove them.
