I have not used my HP Pavilion dm3 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium edition since I moved many months ago. I needed to use it again, now, but when I turned it on and the password screen pops up, I seem to forgotten my password. I tried what I thought was my password a number of times and still can't get it to open. I can't use the reset password wizard becuse the jumpdrive where the password restore info was kept cannot be found due to the move. Am I out-of-luck or is there something that can be done? I am not very knowledgeable about computers other than using the internet, email and the programs in Office. Please Help!
