As the issue is still occurring and the email synchorzation is not getting completed, we need to perform clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the MSN software. Please find the steps given below in the links.
Before we perform a clean uninstallation of the MSN software make you sure you back the MSN6 folder were all your favorites are stored. Please find the below given location to find the MSN6 folder:
For Win XP: C:\documents and settings\user\application data\MSN6
For Win vista and Win 7 c:\users\<USER NAME>\appdata\roaming\MSN6
Note :( Copy the folder which says MSN6 and save it to desktop without fail.)
Before you could uninstall the MSN software. Make sure you take backup of all the emails saved on ‘folders on computer’,please find the steps in the below given link:
