Trying to sending an email from my verizon.net address. I got this error code: 0x85b10012.help.

Tried to send email from my address which is a verizon address. Error message said it was a smtp failure and gave a message error. see above.

Hi Wrdijiro,There could be a server issue with Verizon since MSN is not able to download the email messages from their server. Kindly contact Verizon at 1-888-553-1555 to have them check your Verizon email address at their server.Thanks,Nitesh
