MSN has encountered a problem needs to close or MSN is not responding with an Error Msnmetal.dll.

Hello,

When I try to access emails on my MSN explorer, MSN freezes and gives error MSN has encountered a problem needs to close. with the error Msnmetal.dll .

Please Help!!!!

Hi Uden,


Please follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Enable msnmetal.dll in Add-on's:

Click Start and click on RUN , Type the command inetcpl.cpl
Click on the Programs TAB,
Click on MANAGE ADDONS.
Enable msnmetal.dll if it is disabled.



Re-register Msnmetal.dll

Click Start and click on RUN , Type the command regsvr32 c:\progra~1\msn\msncorefiles\msnmetal.dll

If this doesn't work, then try Uninstalling and reinstalling MSN.
