Note: Please sign out of the MSN Explorer software before you proceed with the below steps.

1.     Download and save the attached file to your computer by clicking here.

2.     Double click the saved file to launch the tool.

3.     Under Enter existing user name, type your @q.com email address

4.     Under Enter new user name, type the new email address you want to import the favorites to.

5.     Type the password of the new email address under Enter new password for new user name.

6.     Now, click Login and Migrate Favorites to start the migration.
