For MSN 8, 8.5, 9.x, 10.x

1. Start MSN, do not sign in.

2. Press the CTRL+SHIFT+F12 keys at the same time.

3. Click Remove Information, now click Yes.

4. Close and then restart MSN. Click here for steps on how to select new access numbers.
