Hi,

Can you provide us the steps you followed to add the email account you want to create? Also, when you say you were forced to used a different email name, did you get an error message when you add your desired email name?

I've used {removed email address} for years. I want to add a member account {removed email address} but today was forced into {removed email address}. I want to add one more member account {removed email address} and want to know (1) how to change imoasis3 to imoasis. and (2) how to move throught the ridiculously difficult process of creating a new member email on the Member Services menu Setting up a New Email.
