The avenue of speaking with an agent is what you have already done.
The reason the agent asks for a phone number is for security purposes. It is one of the questions they need to ask to make sure that the one they are speaking to is really the account holder.
The phone number would have been one of the pieces of personal information that was entered when the subscription was opened.

Online is the way that you can acces your account and billing information yourself without speaking to a support agent.

Every time I call I am asked for the phone number associated with the account and when I give the number I am told that is not a number associated with the account. Then the phone is hung up on me. I need to know if there is a place online to cancel. Please help!
