The billing renewal has nothing to do with the current issue that you are experiencing. It seems your account will renew automatically on 7/7/2012.

For the current issue that your experiencing, can you please tell us if you experience it while signing-in through MSN?
What change do you see on the resolution of your monitor?

Notification of renewal,color problem

I renewed my subscription over a week ago, got the confirmation and am still receiving a disconnect notice

Ever since I renewed my subscription my computer has malfunctioned:

When I click on the icon to be connected my color resolution goes to 6 bit.

I have to reset it to 32 bit each time I connect.

Some times when I click on an article that I want to see it just disconnects me totally.
