Hi,

It seems that the shortuct that is on your desktop is not recognizing anymore the msn program that could be installed already on your msn software.

Here the steps below:

1.) Click on Start and select 'Computer'
2.) Click on Local drive (default is C:\)
3.) Click on 'Program Files' folder *or the one with x86 if you are on 64-bit
4.) Click on 'MSN' folder
5.) Right click on the butterfly icon
6.) Point the mouse over to the "Send to" option
7.) Click on Desktop (Create shortcut)

I have for months been able to click on the butterfly to connect to the internet and email. Now I have to go thru hotmail to get my email which does not allow me access to my favorites. nothnig happens at all. it does not even bring up the sign on window. since I paid the $59.00 premium price, Id like to be able to use it. I use Verizon FIOS, with a HP laptop
