Hi,

Go to this link; http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=e042407f-fa69-4b68-97cf-a895fdb99fc5 and follow the steps outlined there to update your account information. However, if there's old alternate email or phone number added where you don't have access to, you can mark them for removal and the system will take 30 days to 6 months to permanently remove them.
